As an anti-prejudice charity, we are deeply committed to equality and diversity.
We want to be outstanding in equalities practice in every aspect of our work, and we recognise that we need to work hard to fulfil this aspiration.
In 2020, we carried out an audit of the diversity of our service users, staff and trustees, and produced an Equalities Action Plan. A summary of the action plan and our diversity data can be found here.
During 2021, we will be commissioning a full equality and diversity strategy.
