Unless you write yourself, you can’t know how wonderful it is…Anne Frank, aged 14, (5 April 1944)
The deadline for the Anne Frank Creative Writing Awards for young people aged 10-15 has now passed and we are in the process of reading the hundreds of entries we’ve received. We have been hugely impressed by the quality of writing on display and by the obvious commitment to challenging prejudice revealed in that writing. Some of our favourites are contained in this showcase – please do take the time to read through. Winning entries will be announced on 15 July.
